Well Food Co Paleo MRE

For months listening to the Robb Wolf Podcast I heard him talking about the new products he was developing with John Wellborn at Well Food CO. I got impatient hearing about Carne Bars and Paleo MRE’s. I needed to know when they coming out and Tweeted Robb about it. Well after some back and forth Tweets I ended up with a big package from Well Food Co. It was stuffed with grassfed jerky, carne bars, cookies, Paleo Mre’s and chocolate bars. I’ve not are everything yet. I sampled a small peice of the chocolate bar yesterday and it was delicious as has been everything I’ve ate so far. Today the focus is on the Paleo MRE and it’s usefulness for hiking or survival needs.

Welcome to the first episode of the Survivalpunk Podcast. This episode goes over some things I have thinking about this week and how I got to the way I think now. I talked about my great experience with Well Food Co and my not so great experiences with Nature Box. I talk about how being homeless has forged some of my survival philosophies and a friendship. I finally took the plunge and jumped onto the Bitcoin bandwagon. I have been interested in them for a while now and kept putting off getting into them. Part of e kicks myself for now buying some last year when they were going for about $13 a BC. Right now they are trading for over $800. If I got into them purely based on an investment strategy right now would be the completely wrong time. I’m sure that they are going to drop in price soon. No I wanted in them for a myriad of reasons ranging from getting some portion of my money out of Federal Reserve Notes to wanting participate in a growing alternative currency. What I like about BC is that they are being used and used a lot. I have silver but I have never bartered with it. Nor do I know anyone that has. I do know people that use BC regularly. So today’s article will be about the trails and tribulations of setting up a wallet and getting Bitcoins in it.

I decided to learn the skill of lock picking. I put off learning after I decided to learn for a pretty long time. I procrastinated buying a lock pick set and time just slipped by me. Well for my birthday I got a set and have set out to learn how to pick locks. In fact when I got the set I immediately started trying to pick open my door. I failed and got nervous about possibly damaging my lock. I decided I needed something to learn on that would not damage my door lock or that of my family and friends. I got the idea for my lock picking station from a video I saw from ITS Tactical. So today I’ll show you how to build on yourself to start picking safely.
