Tannerite And 3,000 Calorie Rations

I just have some cool things to share with you today. A few projects for this weekend to keep you busy. I know you like projects right. One is a project that goes boom! The other is a cooking one and it’s not paleo. I know some of you are not paleo. You have not yet become enlightened. You say James please share some recipes that are not paleo. I do. Sometimes I share low carb ones. This time it’s neither. So enjoy let’s have a look at how to make Tannerite and a 3,000 calorie ration bar.

Tannerite

What is tannerite? Tannerite is a binary explosive. Meaning it needs two components to go boom. It is very stable as well. It wont go off by being dropped or hit with a hammer. It is really the easiest explosive to get without regulations. It is used mostly for shooting targets. If you’ve ever seen Top Shot you have seen it in action. It is an explosive though. I can think of many times when having explosives around could be handy. You could go out and stock up on the from a local gun shop. It gets a bit expensive though. I think I paid 8 bucks for the container I shot. It was very fun but too much for stocking up on. You can make it at home though. 3,000 Calorie Ration Bar

While going through my email one day I saw this tagline. How to Make 3000+ Calorie DIY Survival Food Ration Bars (per batch). I knew when I read that it was not paleo. I was intrigued anyway. I store some non paleo food for when TSHTF. I’ve eaten the mainstays bars before and keep one around. Someone figured out how to make them at home. The recipe has less ingredients than the real ones. I like less ingredients. Im sure they wont last quite as long. I’m fine with that. I was reading the recipe and already thinking how to make them my way.
